Right Priced Property Sells Fast

Dunbar Property Group facilitated the sale of the Woolworths Centre in Carletonville in just 48 hours. “We run an extensive Needs Database and match property profiles to the Needs Database before going to market. Whilst the Woolworths Centre deal was closed within 48 hours there were some snags along the way during Due Diligence but effective negotiation cleared the path to transfer. Ultimately, both the Seller and Purchaser received a deal that fitted their respective wealth management strategies.
